- All payments made for Trash Retriever services (subscriptions or one-time services) are non-refundable, except as required by law.
- By purchasing our services, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.

2. Service Credits
Refunds are not issued, but service credits may be applied in the following circumstances:
- Missed Service by Trash Retriever: If we fail to complete a scheduled pickup due to our error, we will either reschedule the service or apply a credit to your account.
- Severe Weather Disruptions: If service is canceled due to official severe weather alerts or warnings that make service unsafe, a service credit will be applied to your account for the missed pickup.

3. Customer Responsibility
Refunds or credits will not be provided if:
- Trash cans are not accessible at the scheduled time.
- The address provided is incorrect or inaccessible.
- Hazardous or prohibited items prevent service.

4. Cancellations
- Customers may cancel service at any time by providing written notice (email or phone).
- Prepaid service fees are non-refundable. Any unused portion of a prepaid plan will not be refunded.
